The Slo-Fi is a time based modulation and a filter, when combined, give you all the tools necessary to de-master or completely destroy your sound.

It was designed for hands on use, to be used with pre-recorded tracks or loops, but aside from the lack of footswitch, can be used with guitar, synth or any other electronic instrument.

Featuring a fast crossfader style slider controlling the time, this give you control over around 1 second, in which you can emulate record scratches, pitch bends, wobbles and warps to your desire.
The time can also be controlled via the on-board modulation, either via a momentary trigger button or fixed switch. Use this to approximate a the warbles of a worn out tape reel or flutter from a warpped record.

But that only covered one hand, and as most of us have two, we also decided to include a resonant filter some tasty frequency sweeps or to dial in a little bit of grit like an old transistor radio.
You can also use the gain control to add in some lo-fi crackle and hiss.
